Its is a new initiative in teaching, personalised to your child’s overall development. The educational objective is to enhance the children’s autonomy, social skills and languages, to prepare them for their next school in Catalonia or in another country.<br /><br />What we offer:</div><div><br />- Personalised attention with a maximum of 7 children per teacher<br />- Professional coordinators, advisers and educators (an international and interdisciplinary team)<br />- Immersion in different languages with native teachers and educators (Catalan, English, German, Spanish...)<br />- Flexible hours to suit your family timetable<br />- Systematic stimulation and encouraging learning through play<br />- Daily communication with your family<br />- Smooth adaptation to the group with a person familiar to your child<br />- Contact with animals and garden in Poblenou<br />- Organic food</div><div><br />Our activities are:</div><div><br />- Day care centre and kindergarten: learning and playgroups for children from 10 months to 3 years, and from 3 to 6 years, in Catalan, English, German or Spanish, mornings and/or afternoons<br />- After-school activities for children 4 to 10 years old in different languages<br />- Assistance with homework in different languages<br />- Special birthday celebrations with professional educators and healthy food<br />- Seminars for parents<br />- Summer activities programme in July and August for children 1 to 8 years old<br /><br /></div><div>Our philosophy</div><div><br />The team working on this project have a passion for education with children and their families. We like to create day to day educational activities based on the research of Maria Montessori, Rudolf Steiner, Donald Winnicott, Erik Erikson, Françoise Dolto and others. We welcome every child and their family in every situation, and give them support to optimise their development. We place importance on playing and exploration for each child, as well as on the current curriculum for their age. We want to establish communication between children and their educators through dialogue (the educator will speak on behalf of the children), balancing the children’s diversity and the common rules of the group. We think that the language of communication at the school is a very important factor in enabling the child to profit 100% from the experience.
